Delivery and Returns

Shipping Information

Your order will be processed, printed, packaged and posted as soon as possible. Please also allow time for delivery.

All items are shipped via Royal Mail Second Class. If you require your items sooner then First Class is available upon request, email before placing your order to check if faster delivery is available on your order.

Delivery fees and lead times are dependant on the items purchased. You will only be charged the highest delivery fee on a single item from your basket. A guide to delivery fees and lead times are listed below:

Purchase and delivery is available for the UK Mainland only. For international orders please email and we will do our best to accommodate. Please note international orders will incur additional costs.

Cancelling Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order then please contact as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed then you will have to use the returns policy below.

Returns Policy

If you’d like to return your items then we are happy to help. This returns policy will last for 30 days. To start the returns process please begin with emailing quoting your order number and reason for the return. Please note not all cases will be eligible for return.

Items which are printed to order are non-refundable. If the item has been printed especially for you then it cannot be returned. Gift cards and downloadable products are also non-refundable. If you are unsure whether this applies to you please email

If you wish to return your purchase (and it has not been printed to order) then you may be eligible for a return as long as your item has been unused and in the same condition that it was received, in it’s original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs on returning the item. To begin the returns process, and to confirm you are eligible, please email

Returns are only available within the first 30 days after delivery.


Refunds are available on eligible purchases only. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If you are eligible for a refund we will write to you by email to confirm the refund and action this as soon as possible. Please note processing times vary between banks and we are unable to confirm how long it will take to receive your refund. For more information please contact your bank once we have confirmed the refund.

All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
